I'm suffering from that thing where you are doing nothing in particular, then you turn your head a certain way and "sproinggGGGg"...you feel some big elastic band in your neck snap.
Ouch!
Now I'm unable to turn my head to the right without turning my entire upper body.
I am a gimp. Good thing I didn't go to work today and aggravate it!
